EICC has established a Reporting workgroup to develop methodologies and define processes for measuring and reporting the progress of the EICC. Specifically, the workgroup is working to enable consistent, meaningful and credible progress metrics for:

• Overall progress of EICC relative to its strategic plan
• Value provided to EICC members
• Member companies’ assessment of their implementation of EICC tools and resources
• Individual and collective impact on the supply chain

The key benefits of this collaborative process are to provide a consistent methodology for measuring and reporting progress at the EICC and company levels and to maintain stakeholder trust in our efforts via credible metrics, open communications and effective benchmarking.
