The Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) is a group of companies working together to create a comprehensive set of tools and methods that support credible implementation of the Code of Conduct throughout the Electronics and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) supply chain.

The Electronic Industry Code of Conduct is a code of best practices adopted and implemented by some of the world’s major electronics brands and their suppliers. The goal is to improve conditions in the electronics supply chain. Development of the Code was a multi-stakeholder effort, influenced by internationally-recognized standards.

By consolidating and standardizing compliance, audit and reporting efforts, suppliers can focus on achieving the high standards of performance set forth by the Code. This approach is also more conducive to fostering a culture of social responsibility throughout the global electronics supply chain.

EICC members develop tools to facilitate the successful implementation of the Code. We are committed to achieving the Code’s high standards in our own operations and with our next-tier suppliers. We also benefit from shared efficiencies and best practices.
